  • Some Simple Laws Never to be Broken

    1) Workout. WORK OUT! Nature gave you bones, joints, muscles, and sweat glands. Use them or LOSE them! Because seriously, they can permanently go.
    The idea of having 70 more years to live, is daunting. And simultaneously,iIt really makes me want to preserve my health, eye sight, teeth, mobility and the environment. I want all of that now, and I want to have it all when I die.

    2) Don't complain and play the victim because everybody has shit. Everybody has a secret. Let people be their unique selves. Not everything is about you because other people exist too.

    3) Talk the talk AND walk the walk. I am meaningless if I don't do as I preach.
